Here is what I use with CMUCL:

(load "load")
(setq movitz::*compiler-compile-eval-whens* nil
      movitz::*compiler-compile-macro-expanders* nil)
(movitz::create-image)
(movitz::dump-image)

However, the CVS repository seems to be missing a file that define function
vector-type-tag, so movitz::create-image fails.
