[cl-json-devel] Latest Parenscript breaks cl-json

SYMBOL-TO-JS has been renamed to SYMBOL-TO-JS-STRING (patch attached).

Also, the current cl-json web page leads users to the obsolete
darcs repo of Parenscript. Guys have switched to git.
