[cells-devel] uc-ring-net.lisp now FTP-available

I removed the deprecated files, and made them symbolic links to the
new ones.  Kind of as a UI experiment: does WinSCP display this in a
reasonable way?  Can you see what's going on?  Symlinks are a
quotidian thing on Unix is why I'm asking...
