  * cffi-allegro: WITH-POINTER-TO-VECTOR-DATA fix
  
  - Also, export both W-P-T-V-D and MAKE-SHAREABLE-BYTE-VECTOR from
    CFFI-SYS and remove shareable vector tests from the expected failures
    list.
