[xcvb-devel] README unclear on module name case sensitivity.

Good day list,

The XCVB README, specifically the "Module Full Names" appears to be unclear
about case sensitivity of module names.

The case insensitivity is suggested by composition with domain names,
but no definitive statement seems to be there.
