[movitz-devel] Host implementation status

In addition to Allegro, it seems that SBCL is currently able to build
working Movitz images. CMUCL is almost there, only the final
dump-image process doesn't quite work yet. There appears to be a nasty
bug in CLisp, which must be fixed in CLisp before it has any hope with
the Movitz compiler. Any other implementations I haven't tried.
