[gsharp-devel] MusicXML support

Hi,

I've merged the MusicXML support that was present in my git tree at
http://www-jcsu.jesus.cam.ac.uk/~csr21/git/gsharp-mxml/.git/, which
itself was largely based on Brian Gruber's sterling work over the
summer (thanks to him and to google...).  It's not perfect, it adds
dependencies (cxml and puri), and so on -- but my version was just
rotting in my git tree, and maybe this will help spur onward
development of the functionality.
