dear list,

recently i've generated bindings for mozjs, and the flexml codebase
was surprisingly easy to work with. it still contains glitches, but
the fixes are fast and simple, so i've decided to merge that branch
into the head and get rid of the .flexml branch.

TODO updated with this entry:

- add support for cffi-grovel. it's hopelessly complex to evaluate
  preprocessor constants, so the cffi backend should be extended with
  support to generate cffi-grovel files.

iolib is a good place for cffi-grovel examples.

i've also created a tag called "Before flexml refactor" for convenience.
