After a too long delay, I've finally managed to commit the latest
modifications/fixes to the cl-typesetting repository.  :)

[Don't forget to get the latest cl-pdf too]

Rev 84:
Added cell borders in tables [Thanks to Dmitri Ivanov]
Added dot-attributes, rank constraints and edges direction to cl-typegraph.
Updated version of kw-extensions [Thanks to Klaus Weidner]
Applied all the pending fixes and patches. [Thanks to Dmitri Ivanov, Peter
Seibel, Klaus Weidner, and others]
