[cl-smtp-devel] External format :ASCII got error reading #<Foreign-Array

When using  SEND-SMTP in LW 6.1 IDE, it sends as it should, when I run my  
program compiled I receive the follow error:

External format :ASCII got error reading #<Foreign-Array....

Thanks to Martin Simmons, I find that it is either a bug in cl-smtp (using  
the internal function USOCKET::GET-HOST-NAME) or a bug in usocket (not
initializing winsock).

Thought I should pass the information along.
