[cffi-devel] trouble loading dll via cff:use-foreign-library

I'm out of ideas, sorry. It works for me on Cygwin:

[3]> (cffi:load-foreign-library "/bin/cyggsl-0.dll")
#<CFFI::FOREIGN-LIBRARY #x1030C799>
