Semion,

the patch that you refered to does not seem to address the problem
that you describe.  Did you send the right link?

In any case, the usocket version in the BKNR repository does not
translate SBCL's NOT-CONNECTED-ERROR, so a proper usocket patch would
be required.  Can you provide one?
