[Ecls-list] Problems with ECL installation in Windows

I successfully compiled ECL using Visual C++ 2008 Express. When I attempt to 
install ECL using 'nmake install prefix=c:\home\bin\ecl\' the process fails 
with the following:

C:\blah\blah\ecl\ecl-0.9l\msvc>copy /Y cmp.fas "c:\home\bin\ecl\"
The system cannot find the file specified.
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'for' : return code '0x1'
Stop.
