[Ecls-list] Threads in the manual

Hi,

I just noticed today that the wiki no longer contains a page
describing how to use native threads with ECL. I have thus decided to
upload a draft I wrote some time ago. It is not definitive, probably
incomplete, but at least contains all functions.
