Hmm. It seems this could be fixed by setting CL-WHO's *ESCAPE-CHAR-P*
to an other test function which then lets CL-WHO's ESCAPE-STRING
behave like CL-WIKI's ESCAPE-FOR-HTML.

I'll give it a try after work.
