[cl-typesetting-devel] Added Klaus Weidner's (X)HTML to pdf converter

I've added a new contrib directory which will contain examples/modules for
cl-typesetting.
(So send your interesting stuff! ;-)

The first module is Klaus Weidner's (X)HTML to pdf converter.
