Done. I think the only missing UFFI operator now is 
foreign-string-length which doesn't seem to be used anywhere though.

Thanks for testing uffi-compat, it hasn't had much real-world testing. 
I only tested it with CL-GD and uffi-tests (though James had tried 
clsql IIRC). Do let us know about your successes with it (or failures).
