[cells-gtk-devel] only works the first time

Hi,

I think our email is crossing paths. It is probably not the recompilation that 
is doing anything here, but that gtk-ffi:load-gtk-libs is wrapped in a 
eval-when :compile-toplevel. I think if you should call load-gtk-libs on 
restart.
